take a long plastic box and fill in there the ballistic gelatine. the goal on ballistic gel test is to see how far it penetrates inside. also the castles towers are a waste of material. but fun to watch. pair of coconuts or water melons wrapped into double layerd t shirt or a package of spare rips would give you more realistic test results

Why not make prototypes for the mechs? It doesn't have to be big, just functional.
@GoGunCo4 жыл бұрын
If a mech prototype is small, is it really functional? Mechs are supposed to be piloted. I think it’s more that I don’t really feel like it proves much. We know we can build mechs at this point. The thing that is holding back development is probably more business model/money rather than r&d/technology. Just my opinion!

Hi! I’m a robotics coach with FIRST LEGO League and my team came up with an idea for their innovation project which would involve an underwater “gun” that shoots bioluminescence. They need to interview experts to learn if their idea checks out and receive feedback. I would love to connect! The idea is fully hypothetical and not something they need to actually create. They just need to know if it is theoretically possible.

Can this be used for home defense against a burglar? Looks like it could be painful... Looks like it would be way more useful than gun ammo in the apocalypse.
@PolitischeImmunität11 ай бұрын
This thing can be lethal no doubts. Original idea by Jörg Sprave was to have a home defense weapon named "Air Ringer" at the beginning which is legal in Germany. Weapon law got adjusted made it illegal unless you have a permit. New idea was to sell it as a harpoon for underwater purposes which are nearly unregulated from age 18 in Germany. And now here we are with the "Scuba Ringer" which you could even legaly carry in public in Germany. Legal carry of a firearm is nearly impossible in Germany.
