What about the people that are physically or mentally disabled and CAN’T work out or people who can’t afford to go to the gym or even buy work out equipment ontop of working 60-70 hours a week then having to come home and cook dinner, clean the house, feed the kids, bathe the kids. I’m not over weight, if anything i have been extremely underweight my entire life up until now. I would love to work out for my mental health, but i have a bad back and too many responsibilities
@HeatherAustin-ev9fh28 күн бұрын
Start with short walks and some good music. That will do wonders for your mental health. I even will put my headphones in and not play music because it just drowns out outside noise and centers me more 🙏🏻
@jasmineholzwarth620128 күн бұрын
you don't need to spend a dime to indulge in fitness. like the other person said, walks are great. swimming is incredible too for people with arthritis or similar physical limitations. if needed, talk to a doctor and/or physical therapist, they will have plenty of ideas for you no matter what your case is physically. bring the kids with if you need, they will also benefit massively physically & mentally, as well as great bonding time. there is no reason not to! fitness looks incredibly different from person to person, find what works for you.
@MegaDeath2220 күн бұрын
I have MS, all my energy goes to working and trying to keep up in my house. 15 mins of just walking is efficient enough to start. Now I use a band for my shoulders, work out bands are pretty inexpensive. It's worked for me. I hope you can find a balance because the endorphins do help.
@frankjamesiii536217 күн бұрын
Bro push ups, lunges, crunches, sit ups. You can make a pull up bar for cheap. I used to go out in my garage and do pullups off the rafters. I give myself at least three hours a week. You can spend time on the internet so you can spend a half hour to an hour working on yourself
