There were a few key components missing from this conversation about toxic people and relationships. The explosive person and the more quietly manipulative person can coexist together in the same person, they aren’t mutually exclusive. This is very important to note since the explosive person can also play victim. Also, having an “exciting” relationship doesn’t mean it has to be toxic or filled with fights. You can have a healthy and loving relationship that is fulfilling and peaceful when you heal your need for drama and conflict. Excitement and peace in a relationship aren’t mutually exclusive, they can exist together.

Whether its to love or hate Trump is irrelvant as long as your sucked into supporting and becoming invested in making the machine of Americas wheels turn. Its all just bullshit to make you a slave. Your real life is in front of your face. All this shit is a scheme.

2:57 what huberman says about cardio is 100% true weight training doesn't seem to alleviate the withdrawing and anxiety symptoms. The 3 cardio sessions as mentioned in the huberman fitness protocol has actually changed my life. And so that segment about weight training versus cardio really hits home. Huberman is the goat of all goats!

In regards to medical textbooks being outdated and incorrect this biggest issue is the prevalence and misdiagnosis of chronic bacterial infections which cause low grade inflammation and cause many symptoms which mimic other disease with unknown origin. Essentially people with idiopathic conditions like 'chronic fatigue syndrome' , mental disorders like anxiety or schizophrenia, people with rheumatologic conditions like Rheumatoid Arthritis, Fibromyalgia or MS, people suffering from insomnia or basically anyone who goes to a neurologist thinking they have a brain tumor and every scan comes back fine.. when doctors do a dozens of tests and everything comes back fine, its because they are not looking for the infection because they are not trained properly. These infections rarely give off antibodies and are really smart at avoiding the immune system and hiding deep in the body with different defense mechanisms making the immune system blind to them. A lot of the blame is on the corruption and lying of the CDC and IDSA.
