Another great video Joey you just get better and better! Sometimes you can remove scratches on screens with a heat gun but practice on a dead screen if you try it ! It can distort the screen if held on to long

I have a silly question I was having a no display issue and accidentally touched the board while it was on and felt like I got stung by a bee, and got the bad sweet electronics burnt smell but I was able to get the display back working and everything seems functional.. how worried should I be lol

Try rubbing banana or chocolate on the scratches. It's an old trick to get scratched CDs working. The waxy oil fills the scratch and has a close enough refractive index that a laser can penetrate it properly, so it will probably improve the scratches on the screen.

Tried fixing my switch joysticks yesterday and broke the power ribbon 😅 now I've gotta order the party's and stuff there was tape on there cause it was having trouble connecting and I literally tried rubbing it off gently and it ripped😅

Could you bypass the charger port and replace the battery with a fully charged one to see if it powers up first?

Hey bud! Umm only thing being is I don’t really have a test bench for it. Have you diagnosed a short or just no display etc?

@@JoeyDoesTech one of the cards has a exploded chip on the I assume 12 volt line near the 8 pin connector and the other one is stone dead and has no power

They can. There's a website that lets you take them off
