Joey! Hey I bought your cookbook, just love the meals you’ve made from the KZbin videos. But let me say Joey don’t feel too bad about your body bro. Because I’m sure 95% of us wish we had the body you had now lol. And I totally understand the motivation topic. But I’m sure some of us viewers look up to you as motivation so I want to say I appreciate all that you do with your videos, from the grocery hauls, the editing, the cooking, etc. I lost a total of 60lbs, gained 12 back. So just tryna lose that weight again and more….Keep it up Joey!

On traps, my favorite exercise is doing a pyramid of dumbbell shrugs. Start at 15lbs, 10 reps, really focusing more on form, then immediately go to 20's (10 reps), and keep going up by 5 lbs until failure, then go back down by 10's. You'll get back down to the 20's or 15's and will barely be able to finish 10 reps. I like the pyramid because at the lower weights, you can really focus on proper form.

@JoeySuggs I usually get up to 60 lbs before failure. By the time you work your way back down, those 20's are nearly impossible.
