I’m a huge fan of diet breaks personally, and where you don’t exactly get the same benefits from enjoying a night out, in a lot of ways I think it helps our bodies. In my own experience with cuts, if I go out and have a huge meal, yes I’m bloated and holding on to some pounds for the next couple of days. But after that I usually hit a new low weight in. I think it can go a long way in helping our hormones kind of rebalance themselves and it allows our bodies to let go of some energy a little bit easier.

Honestly if you dropped the seed oils and processed refined sugars, i'm sure you won't hold as much water and will feel way better and lighter. Not hating on your content, just saying that I realized that a lot of your food choices seem to be highly processed and multi ingredient foods. Also, keeping fat consumption lower like you do can hurt your bodies hormones and cause issues with testosterone, libido, and vitamin deficiencies. I don't really see you post about your vitamin consumption, but just as a form of advice from me, I would look into incorporating either more nutrient dense whole, 1-ingredient foods such as beef liver, sauerkraut, pasture raised eggs, etc. or supplementing with high quality supplements to ensure you're performing optimally and I swear your physique will look amazing.

They are actually the "premier protein" brand pancakes. They come ready made and you just microwave them.

Definitely your choice. I was very similar in my thinking as your thoughts on the video until I got diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I then got on Mounjaro and have so far lost almost 40 lbs. My A1C is also improved. I can't help, but wonder if I could have somehow avoided the diabetes diagnosis if I had followed my doctor's urgings and tried a weekly injectable sooner. I guess I'll never know. Listening to Dr. Spencer Nadalsky here on KZbin has comforted me regarding some of the concerns about muscle loss, as he seems to be of the notion that a simple lifting routine can help combat this. Either way, it sounds like you have made the decision that you feel is best for you and that's really all any of us can do.
