The weather has been kinder to you over the last few days / week, I also can't remember you having problems with Midges or Ticks, which is a result! This year has been ideal breeding conditions for both of them in the UK, so be aware. I am glad you have worked through your foot issue, I look forward to the rest of your journey.

I had a lot of problems with ticks in Scotland in April, but not anywhere in England so far. I was probably being luck so far.... as for the midges: got out of the Highlands right when they started to appear 😊

I want to upload them in chronological order and since I'm still out hiking, they're just going to have a bit of a delay. I hope you'll understand that. Hiking all day every day, filming, editing in a tent and taking care of a dog just takes time.... I'm trying my best, but in the end it's about the journey and the experiences and not really relevant how the weather has been 6 weeks ago.

I rarely comment, but this triggered me. How presumptuous to sit at home and give advice to someone who is out accomplishing all of what Elli has done! Apart from that, bad advice - if I were Elli I wouldn’t want to be advertising my current location in real time…
