I was recently diagnosed T2D & told to workout/ exercise more, but I live in Mesa, AZ and it’s too HOT 🥵 to workout outside! Luckily I have a pool & recently found your aquaFIIT videos, thank you, now I can workout without the heatstroke!

Same in Darwin Australia. I am so grateful I had a shade cover installed so I can use my pool in the middle of the day. It still feels like warm soup at the hottest time of year.

I’m getting over Covid and this is a perfect workout. The hour plus workouts I usually do are a bit too much at the moment. I did add ankle weights because I love my ankle weights.
