His complacency and lack of preparation is actually quite infuriating. For 10 million a year. Check Dillingham’s comments from a couple days ago. Total lack of defensive preparation. Players with no idea what to do. Only reason the offense spiked was due to John Welch (who cal ran off after 1 season)

Cal is a good person and I appreciate what he did here at UK winning us a national title and taking us to another national title game. However, his X's and O's and in game adjustments need a lot of work and he needs a coach who understands analytics and also a good in game adjuster. He needs to understand his teams need to play better come tourney time. Getting bounced out early in the NCAA tournament is not helpful and we had Trey, Reeves as seniors.
