I think in order to not have an accent you have to actively listen to native speakers of the language from a very young age, I've known english (as asecond language) since I was like 4-5 and I have no accent whatsoever, well, more like a mix between American and British, but mostly American. If you tackle a language in like your 40-50 and you don't live in that particular country, you're bound to have an accent.

His x's sound a bit weird but overall he was very easy (for a non native to understand.) Can a native speaker please chime in? Is he easy to understand? Native speaker here, he's easy to understand in this video. His tones are quite off, btu juts lkie hwo yuo cna raed tihs sentnece wiht worng spelings, it's easy to auto correct the tones given enough context.

If there is enough context and the conversation is predictable...Then the brain can autocorrect. If I start to talk off topic or say something random or less common then the tone mistakes become harder to autocorrect. Thanks so much for your feedback!
