This is how I taught for 7 years I can't believe that it has a name I am not crazy I just believe in kaizen, everything you do should move towards a goal to be a better person.

I have applied the teachings of this man to my daily life for at least a decade now, and I can proudly say that through daily micro aggressions towards my goals, I have successfully improved my KD from 1.23 to 1.25 on COD. 😎🏆
