I have to agree that the side by side presentation was awesome. I have read all I could and worn out the individual sales material bit I got more out of this short video than all my other research combined. Nice job!

I bought a 2017 2032R. Super machine. My biggest critiques are the hydraulic connections and the fuel cap. I wish they would have added a little more space between the connectors and added a tab collar on the release connectors. It can be really hard to fit your fingers in that small space and push at the same time to release the connection. Plus, there is always a certain amount of pressure in the hydraulics no matter how much you bleed it with the controller. Having a tab would help out tremendously because it gives you something to push against to help disconnect the hydraulic line. Also, I run with my ROPS down. In this position, the ROPS comes in contact with the cap. If they would have angled the cap out more, this would be avoided. Great vid.

I Love the Design of the FRONT Bucket. It looks just like my BIG bucket on my 1978 Dynahoe-190. The difference with my bucket is having a HOOK welder in the top/ middle of my front bucket. I believe the previous OWNERS put that on. There was NO hook in drawings from my Owners manuals ( yes have two books) one is operator manual, other is pictures for all of backhoe design. Blown apart engineering design pictures.

Would like these reviews to focus more on the pros and cons of the machines. We can look up specs easily on line. Need to know more on what you recommend and why? Started out to buy a 1 series but am now contemplating a 2025 as the price jump isn't great.

I understand. However, I'm asked more about specs by my customers than anything else. So, I answer what I'm asked most often.

@GoodWorksTractors5 жыл бұрын
Thank you! Yes, I forgot to mention in the video, but have added to the description! I'll post here as well :) The 120r loader will lift approximately 800 lbs to 72" at the base of the loader arms. The 220r loader will lift approximately 1,100 lbs to 85" at the base of the loader arms. 1025r 3 point hitch will lift 681 lbs at 24" 2025r 3 point hitch will lift 1,150 lbs at 24" 2032r & 2038r 3 point hitch will lift 1,356 lbs at 24"

I know I'm late to this outstanding comparison Of the (JD) small all around great tractor line. Love the (Joy stick) location for the front loader. Your Puppy has gotten so BIG now with more current videos you do. Great looking DOG. A Farmers DOG. So glad you are SELLING the NEW to market other brand. They put all their (Joy stick) front loader control just like (JD) does with THIS size tractor.

A tractor is only as good as and does as well as a operator is smart as. Don't blame the tractor for your mistakes. Practice and go slow and learn its capabilities . Safety is key. And your tractor will be very useful and kind to you

I have looked and couldn’t find the width of the 2038r. I have a 1025r and a 54” rear blower. And you are saying the 2038 is 53” wide. So it sounds like I can keep my blower if I was to upgrade. Tiller is a different story. That is 49” I think. Thanks lots of good info.

Thank for doing this comparison video\ on these models. I am about to buy my first tractor which will be one of these models or similar Kubota in size. Good to see the differences.
@GoodWorksTractors4 жыл бұрын
1 Series is the BX, 2025r doesn't have a direct, 2038r would be the B3350/LX3310. Some will try to tell you that the Kubota B2601 is comparable to the 1025r. It's apples to oranges though.

I've got a 2 series tractor and ive been wondering what those extra lights are for on the top of the gauge cluster. I assume they use the same cluster for multiple tractors but the question still syands, what are they for? They're all green and labeled T, 1, and ,2 from left to right. Ive never seen them lit up.

What I am curious about but have not been able to verify is whether the 2025r has that same stupidly placed inline fuel filter up underneath the floorboards which is present on the 1025r. I did find one on display finally but it was parked over a puddle so I didn't go looking. I will say I think with the step it's easier getting on the 2025 than it is the 1025. The new opening mechanism for the hood is idiotic. I cannot believe that made it through committee. I suppose the notion is you will remove your key before opening hood so it is safer?? But the only real guarantee involved is annoying the crap out of people over time.

Still a two range transmission on the bigger one?! Is that even really an issue though?
@GoodWorksTractors5 жыл бұрын
Correct, 2 range on all of these. I wouldn't say it's an issue, but I do use the Medium range on the 3 range machines most often. That's the range not included on these machines. It's the best mixture of torque and speed.
@Will-tm5bj5 жыл бұрын
@@GoodWorksTractors yeah I kind of figured. The little time I have operated a tractor was in mid-range. That low is really nice to have when you need ot though

Great Vid. I thought the 2025R & 203XR were dimensionally the same. Deere's 2 Series brochure is awful wrt dimensions so I wasn'teven considering 2025R but it's dims are more in line w/a B2601 and I really like the size of that machine. On the other hand, seems like for not a lot more $ one can get a 2038R which seems like a MUCH more capabletractor.

Never had an issue with united ago and turf in Texas, rarely question a repair (even replaced the engine computer amd harness after a mouse got to the wiring, since it was on a TSB anyway) ... unless its very obvious that you bent or broke it.
