Cam and Carsons dynamic is so damn funny! I finished my apprenticeship last year and still get the older guys talking smack, certainly gives you a reality check when you need it! Looking forward to more from these two!

@@TekamoHD That's what I like to hear! Did my apprenticeship through the site I currently work on, maintaining and fixing offshore wind turbines here in the UK. Doesn't matter what it is, if it's mechanical I'll throw a wrench at it and enjoy doing it!

Love these series!! Just swiched career from doing maintenance and repairs on aircraft towing machines, flying all over the world. To now be doing maintaince and repairs on excavator and other heavy machines in my hometown in Sweden. Starting in two weeks, can't wait.

@@TekamoHD kind of both to be honest. The company that owns the equipment is starting their own shop so I will be their first and only mechanic. Will be doing both fieldwork and shopwork, on my own but for them😅 so independent but for a company 🙋🏼‍♂️

@@TekamoHD I was a light vehicle mechanic for 6 years & now currently doing the heavier side for the last year, working on rollers, excavators, big difference than working on cars but the bigger gear is awesome

Yeah I’ve heard of heating the oil in an old pan to help seals become more malleable I need to try it next time I have to do it.

Man i love doing cylinder reseals love it done a bunch with my dad breaking those big nuts lose with 1" breaker bars and torque multiplyer awesome brings back memorys 🤣👍👍

On a Doosan DX220, also no better way to relief pressure on the supply lines, BUT it would have helped if you didn't pull the rod back to full stroke... just saying🙂

Can you make a video of how to remove a pin that has gotten seize/stuck in the hole of the blade of a small excavator? The pin that locks the outer 8" or so of blade

PITTY U DIDENT CHANGE ROD CAP SEASLS WOULD LIKE TO SEE U OPEN BIG NUT ON END OF ROD CRIST THEY CAN B TIGHT DONT TING U VICE HOLD IT I PUT ROD BACK IN DIPPER BOSS PROP ROD UP WITH BIG TIMBER PUT HOME MADE SPANNER ON NUT PRESS DOWN WITH OTHERT DIGGER TO LOSEN SAME WHEN U PUTTING BACK THEY HAVE TO B GOOD AND TIGHT AND DONT PULL ROD BACK ALL THE WAY THERE BE LESS SPRAY WHEN U OPEN PIPE BUT GOOD WORK IN BAD WEATHER YOUR HARD MAN

`I had that problem with a 200D. What happens if you don't be careful when you are trying to bleed the cylinder and get rid of the trapped air it will" diesel" and blow the seals out of the gland.

Not sure if you are aware that impact if newer model is being recalled due to trigger issues and hammer unit issues. They are replacing it with the previous model .
