My mower deck on my JD 430 will NOT go up or down at all but the blades will turn?....something is not right obviously....

I just picked up a rear PTO gearbox and rotor tiller for my JD 400 but do not have the mounting pins you describe on my hitch. Do you have a part # and any suggestions as to where I could purchase them? Thanks for your input.

i will look at the manual to see if there is any info and reply back tomorrow.

Unfortunately I have yet to be able to find any information in the manual on the mower deck pins I will keep looking and if I find something I will be sure to let you know.
