Warren, glad you take time with the wife, because regret is a hard one to live with. My dad died when i was about 23, and my mom ended up getting married again to a good guy, but he was always out in the garage working on old car's, and my mom would go out to see him for a few minutes and go inside. My mom took care of everything, cooked all his meals, and they talked on his lunch break at work. One day my mom said to him that he was gonna regret not spending more time with her. In 2016 my mom died from cancer in 4 day's from when they found it. I was there with her at the end, and my step dad was gonna go out to the garage, but i knew she was getting ready to pass, and he stayed, and in 15 minutes she was gone. I never have seen a man with more regret than him, and he couldn't work in the garage anymore, and he kept telling me how she said he would regret not spending time with her. He has a few month's until he retired, and they planned on travelling a bit, but he was to late. He ended up moving a woman in, because he couldn't take being alone at night. I don't see him much, because i know he hasn't dealt with her passing, and he also did some dirty stuff with the property, which i don't hold against him, because he will have to answer for it. Anyway, glad you spend time with your wife, because she sounds like a good one, always there when you need her. G-d bless you and yours.

You say leave equipment running for an hour with no one around. I know a guy he partied a little harder than most people. He was plowing oil leases in the winter and the guy come and pick them up and they went partying in a small town close by and he forgot where he left his tractor. Tractor ran for over 2 days until he found it. Didn't even run out of fuel now that's talent 🤣🤣🤣

Love how you are not affraid to be yourself and make mistakes or jus figure it out with us all holding our breath. Its is good to see you back. The 4050 is turning into quite a good series proper strip down. I think you are right to keep yourself local rather than covering a vast area. Customers know your abilities & what service they receive. They will either accept they need to tow the equipment to you or be disappointed by the excessive waiting times. You are one man.

Hey Warren, at 8:30, I think the Agco tractor part you were tying to recall the term for is a torque limiter clutch, at least that's what it's called in the Case world. Slips if needed to prevent drive line damage. Thanks for all the great videos. Stay warm.

Low trans pressure pulling in to High a gear overheats fluid boils causes loss of charge pressure.Wrong or cheap fluid water in fluid ruins trans = Smoked friction discs in transmission s They should put trans charge pressure gauge or warning light on these. Owner should have suction screens cleaned every service. I come across so many machine s with dirty suction intake screen. They don't understand filters are return flow . Some machines you can reach into sump and clean out any sludge and check for debris like fiction disc material. Excellent 👍 channel.

Warren you said don’t leave equipment run with no one around and your absolutely right . We had a couple hired men get our 5020 stuck in a low spot farming . They left it run while they went to get another tractor. When they got back the motor was locked up and found a radiator hose had failed . Good advice goes a long way.

Used to help my uncle and cousin out on big jobs. Splitting a tractor always involved a lot of cussing then waiting for parts and then cuss some more. It's a ton of work and you have to get it right the 1st time or face not making a profit on your time. I never could stand hydraulic fluid, crap gets everywhere one drip at a time in a garage.

Hope the JD supply chain holds up for these tractors as the economy stumbles along at or near "zero growth" with high inflation. Stagnation with high inflation. That monetary policy is used to tamp down inflation with higher unemployment rates. Stag-flation. The USA has used it before and we are headed that way again. No one working for a wage wins.

If someone actually put drip oil into that machine they need to be fired , preferably fired out of a cannon while it is faced a brick or rock wall. The two should make a fine match since they are as smart as one another. I really hope that that isn't the case but you're the one seeing the damage first hand. And you're right doing a job like that is a tremendous amount of work. Been there done that , miss it but I don't miss it all at the same time.
