Those old "new generation" tractors were arguably the best tractors JD ever made. Which is why nearly 60 years after they were made they're still working the fields.

I can remember our hay having a heavy dew on a hot humid day all the way until noon so we would rake it and just wait for it to dry, in the mean time we would crawl under the hay wagon and take a nap until the hay would do , hard work days but I enjoyed it , listen to the arm plunger bogg down the tractor on the in stroke tks Andy for sharing 🇺🇲🚜

JD's "next generation" series, with the exception of the old "Johnny Poppers", were the best that JD ever made. Not trashing the new stuff but, all electronics and plastic. These, all metal and heavy with plenty of torque. Love listening to and watching the older tractors "work", keep the new stuff in the shed!! Looking forward to seeing more, cheers :)

All those Deere, and not a legal buck among them.., LOL 😂 Only seen one JD 100 before, that was at the local dealership the day it came in. I didn't think any of them made it this far west... Never seen that one again either, must have gotten shipped back east??? Thanks for the video Andy! Wish I could put up a couple of pictures here.... About 12 miles from us there's a 40'&24' set of doubles that decided to flip over on a straight stretch of road.. has a load of 3×4×8 grass seed straw bales on it.... I'm pretty sure I know who it is, they mess up at least one truck per season.... They've got over 20 trucks, so they probably won't notice..

I work for a dairy in Wisconsin and we were wondering do what do you think works best for spearing big square bales. We have a 2 prong bale spear currently but are wondering if a 3 or 4 prong spear would work better. If you could just let me know what you guys use to handle them and how you like it that would be great.
@FarmingFixingFabricating5 жыл бұрын
3 is probably best, we had a 2 prong spear that want bad but I'm hard carrying 2 bales at a time. 4 could give you fitts trying to pull it out of the Bale
