All that for a Gawd Dam O-ring. That must have been rolled when it was installed at the factory. The factory either put it in dry or it had a twist in it when it was installed. I always greased the O-rings up and took a pick and ran it around under the rubber when it was installed to get the twists out of it. Good find Warren. Another great video of how to do it right. I really appreciate the effort you put in to show us your work day.

How you remember where everyone goes back together is amazing.
@ChiefHasben2 жыл бұрын
Hey Warren, I've always been in awe of mechanics and how they can tear something complex apart and remember how to put it back together. With that said, I’m not sure how you do what you do, day after day, taking complex pieces of equipment apart with dozens of hoses, wires and connectors of all sorts and then remember how to put it back together. I’d have better luck gluing spaghetti together, end to end, than I would putting some of your projects back together and remembering where everything goes and what connects to what. And to make it worse, you sometimes have to wait for days, or weeks, on parts between taking something apart and putting it back together. I know they have (and you use) shop manuals on many of your repair projects but they still don’t contain the complete information on how to properly disassemble and reassemble the complex machinery you are often working on. You must have an incredible amount of knowledge and information stored in your brain to complete the intricate projects you undertake.

Life has become too easy for many people Warren and it's been done for a reason. People are fed TV channels, online games, sugary food, fatty food and with it all people become happy, content and placid. It allows governments to trample over those people knowing that there's little fight in them. Factor in the divisions created on purpose and any opposition is a fraction of what it could potentially be. I see sheep all around me. The people who grew up in my village were fierce and independent and yet now, in the last 10 years they have become soft and lazy. It staggers me that they allow others to rule over their lives. Books? 'Leaders' will use the banned ruling to help enforce who they lock up. We all know that the illegal/banned ruling is stupid and hiding things but the worst part is that people could now be imprisoned for owning a copy of it. There are books we've all heard of (a certain recipe book for example) that I see people imprisoned for owning here in the UK. The internet is a wonderful tool for research and for knowledge. Leaders hate that it exists. China actively restricts theirs and I can see those measures coming to Western countries too.

It amazing how much space you need to tear one of these tractors down. Been quite a few years since I had a tractor spread out like that. The newer tractors don’t seem any easier to work on. you hit on good point there about money. There is an ancient saying " Gold is the money of Kings, Silver is the money of the Gentry, Cash is the money of the peasants and Debt is the money of the Slaves". I have seen my own country ,Australia, go from a nation with zero overseas debt in the 1990's with 20 billion actual dollars in cash to one where almost over night a new government GAVE that money out in the form of Cheques to those whose income was over 50 grand per year. Which worked out to be $1200 per tax payer. When it was gone ,debt happened and although we export billions in coal and Iron ore the debt increases daily. Because those exporters are multinational concerns run from places like Zurich. And yes War is seen as the way to create more wealth for those who value silver over all else. Little wonder a lot of US money is being pumped into a country up by Russia. But I always say,"a nations money troubles are always sheeted home to the working persons, but it's Government policy which ruins a moneys value".

People invest in property that is never finished, hold onto it for a few year's, and then sell it to some poor fool. There's a channel, i will post the name, and this uk guy lives in the US now, but worked and lived in china, and he busts all this out.

Enjoyed this part quite a bit. It was funny as you were trying to lift that top part off. The viewer could see that the straps weren't even and we are all probably shouting at you to even those straps. Then you say, I see what it is. Those straps aren't even. So funny! That would happen in the shop at home to dad. We didn't yell at him but we would timidly ask him, "Don't you want those pull chains even? We didn't have straps in the shop in the early 70's, at least not on our farm. We did have an I beam crane. I hope you don't mind because I sent a screen shot of that tractor pulled apart, to my brother to remind him not to put a tractor in park while it is moving. LOL!
