I'm glad you felt in the mood for something like that. John can certainly rock it out, better than most, then turn around in the next minute melt the hearts and probably the pants off every woman in the room with a heart wrenching ballad. The man is a master ❤❤❤

You only ever watch videos of John Farnham LIVE in concert where the essence, energy and charisma of this GOAT performer is captured .EVERYTHING he does is perfect.

I still maintain. "Help" live with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra is the best live vocal ever performed.

This is definitely not one of his better known songs! A couple of suggestions for you if you're not so much into the slower stuff: 'Playing to Win' from Chain Reaction concert, 'It's a Long Way to the Top' with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. If you can handle some stuff that isn't 'rock' so much, most of his stuff is amazing, and I'd recommend giving it a go anyway, but try those two first. I also think John might surprise you because he gives you a taste of those amazing powerful notes in every single song he sings - he knows what his fans love to hear!
