Not a big fan of USoNA bands in general, being Aussie i much prefer the real rock of the British bands. But there are a few exceptions, Creedence is timeless, just awesome, like ABB, Doobies, just great bands!

When these guys come to the Bayou to play, the people, alligators, black bears, deer, crawfish, ducks, geese, eagles, and all kinds of birds and critters come out to party and dance all night long, even the stars shoot across the sky. It is magical, every time they play here.

When I was 5 (‘71) my friend told me that when I was 2 that I wrote “Down On The Corner” and then I released it a year later in 1969. I believed him! What a vivid childhood memory. But I’ve loved CCR ever since 1971 at the ripe old wise age of 5. Still I’ve never seen a royalty from that song. 😂😂😝😝

Definitely TWO legends on one stage here. CCR/J.F. was my first favorite rock group starting with their very first album. ZZTOP helped cushion the fall for me when CCR disbanded. I bought their very first album too. AND every one after it. They both obviously were great here, but it's kinda comical watching them trying to fit into each others music. AND of course Billy always the comedian. Love & respect for the both of them.

Yes their fitting into each other's Music , But Their from the 60's and the Music is From the 60's and 70's So they grew up with This Music too

Great jam with all the stops out so to speak! I loved this song and remember seeing CCR at Madison Square Garden in I think 1970? The drummer looked like he was going to smash those drums he was hitting them so hard The whole garden was on their feet and dancing many standing on the seats It seemed to go on forever and the bass seemed to vibrate right through my chest LOVED IT I was 19 years old I believe This jam gives a whole new feel and make the song sound like something new!!!!!!!!!!!! CLASSIC!!!!!!!!! and coookin'!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At a time where everybody plays live note to note to the CDs, Billy comes up with some instant bad ass intensity, insane groove than get John all fired up and they both tear it up.And that's just his night out thing. Have Mercy!

I have no criticism, only love what these folks do, and thank you all for being you, yet, what label do we inflict? CC TOP!!! ZZ Revival, oh, a rose by any other name, how about just a damned great jam list. Hey critics, use your ears, relax your wrist; give life a chance, trance us a dance... wise to drop the alibis, rather rise for romance, from the heart and in her eyes, beyond incantation, infatuation and all forms of chants, rather rise, we rise for romance. OK, our dance, you got me three, days in haze, -romance there under the Dirty Tree, come on darlin' , that's where I'll be, sleeping light with open eyes, rise baby rise and I'll take the odds and we'll make the chance, azure skies, sun shadows that rise, we rise this time, for romance. Romance... Je t'aime, folie a deaux, double trouble me and you, in the bayou by our Dirty Tree, I'll watch out for you, you watch for me, silently, two dissidents, we rise this time holding hands, dear Jjade, just for romance, romance... yeah I know, I'm off today, needs a rewrite anyhow, just lettin' it fly as I always do... thank you.

CCR was originally from San Francisco. They just weren’t making it. John took them in a different direction. Went to the roots of rock and roll. Which the southern blues sound evolved into rock and roll. Rock and roll will never die.
