holy crap I was not expecting timothy leary to show up in this. this shit is crazy!!! but just goes to show you how much influence drugs have on people. Mostly bad, but some good in the sense that he made some very emotional dark art. some people wouldnt call it music but I think its amazing cause it came from so deep within his soul. all the hate and anger that he had bottled up that could only be brought out by his drug use. Im just happy the man is alive and doing well now.

Well said. I used to, and then I got into them (bad ones), and then you realize how truly heavy it is and not poetic, artistic, or anything at all besides really sad.

You can recall a lot of the Red Hot Chili Peppers songs on this one. He was probably trying to do a fucked up and dark version of them, and when I listen to this song, I feel confused... lost... and hopeless... which I suppose it was a few of the many things he was feeling back at that time. And to transcribe this kind of energy into a song... well, you have to be a fucking genius.

When will people stop romanticising addiction. Drug use causes the hate and anger and it never helps.

I think that that apartment needs a broom and some Lysol. And maybe a new coat of paint.

Believe me... you can feel like this also if you never used drugs in your life...
