So glad to see John on here. I am an orignal fan. What joy he has given me. I loved the novel A time to Kill. It was one of the first hardcover books I ever purchased for myself. Books were expensive and i could only select a few. This book was one of a few. Thank you, John. Books are still very expensive, but this new novel will be on my Christmas list.

My favorite book is The Innocent Man. It is so great, I would advise everybody read it. A little known book of his, Ford County Stories. It is five short stories. So good.

Iam truly a fan of John Grisham..I don’t understand why “ A Time To Kill “ was a flop. I loved the book and the movie. I love every book John Grisham has written and I’ve read most of his books. He is my favorite author of all time. ❤️❤️👏🏼👏🏼..I actually go back and re-read his novels like the first time reading them.I’ve just finished re- reading the “ Rainmaker”.the first time I read the Rainmaker I was on a bus heading to a part time job,the court scene with with the shoe had me laughing so hard I missed my stop had to walk 3 blocks back.😂😂

If you are studying Law in the US and getting bored learning , I think you need a good teacher who can teach and entertain at the same time .The solution is reading John Grisham' s novels which can give you full edutainment .

Disagree, it was actually the perfect time, it was just marketed poorly! It was by far his BEST book, and Matthew McConaughey and Samuel L Jackson did AMAZING WORK bringing the story to life. Unfortunately it wasn't presented to all demographics, and in enough theaters, so that more people would see its magnificent.

I have read all of JG's books...I have enjoyed most and have always liked the characters and storytelling style BUT, I really was disappointed in the exchange. The characters are unremarkeable, unlikeable, and a lot of the dialogue is cliche, banal, and/or irrelevant. The story is terribly boring, DOA, and did I say Boring & cliche. Worst is the label of this book as a "sequel" to the Firm which was a deliciously interesting read.
