I think this is the first time I have seen John without a cap on. I feel bad that you have this problem John. I have spinal stenosis in my back and my left foot has been numb for a few years. Now both feet are numb. My MRI showed the disc in my lower back are pinching on the nerves. Surgery can be done but it is a surgery where afterwards you can't do anything and you would need help 24/7 for a while: you can't bend, twist, etc. No surgery for me then. I cannot stand long or my back kills me. I can't walk very far without having to rest. If I go to the grocery store I must have a cart to lean on, and that helps. I usually get them delivered. I am 70, and this getting old stuff isn't fun!! Many years ago my brother, 4 years older than me, would wake up and his legs hurt like crazy. He had an MRI and saw a surgeon. The surgeon (Lexington Dr.) showed him the x-ray and said he had to have surgery and that was the only way to fix it (spinal stenosis). He is no fan of surgery so he said he would wait. The surgeon told him that he'd be back! My brother went to see his chiropractor and took the x-rays and asked if he could help him. The chiropractor said he thought he could, but it would be rough on my brother, and he did not guarantee anything. My brother said "Let's do it." He only went about 10 times, and he said he got very sore, but he never had the problem again after those visits. At 74 he can still do anything and can't sit still. He built another barn last year and can climb around like a monkey. He lives in Richmond and has a mini farm. As I understand it though, you have joints messed up in your neck, and that is another thing. Mine is lower back, the L-4 and L-5 and my brothers was too. It must be horrible to be in so much pain with that and a shame you can't get into a surgeon before February. I pray that you get better. It's so bad with it bothering your sleep as well. With my numb feet I try to be extra careful to try and not fall. When I wake up I feel like I have boots on. This is long but I will certainly keep John in my prayers. God bless you both!❤❤

Sorry I missed Y'all Friends 😂🤗. I did watch the video and enjoyed it!! Hey now I totally understand about how You feel Man. I have Peripheral Neuropathy, experience with disc, vertebrae, nerve and mobility issues. I also know about having to alternate standing, sitting, etc... I even know about having issues sleeping too!! You Two I tell You what though if it wasn't for God I would be at my wits end and not able to laugh and talk with You. Prayer works, it keeps You moving, motivated, inspired to stand up to Life on daily basis. So Y'all have Me praying for you and not giving up until God restores You back to full health and mobility.
