I have watched this so many times. His vocal thing has actually helped his voice in a weird way.. made it more deeper and suited to Dylan-y songs like Queen of Cali. Mayer is back (to the blues) and better than ever.. Not done changing is going to be a classic. #LP7

He's playing it in F# instead of G, so hes lost some of his range unfortunately, but hey, that happens to any singer

@@mragunathan1627 Cause the guitar was set up for the Walt Grace, that's why he is playing in F#, that's what I assume.

When you're dreaming with a broken heart The waking up is the hardest part You roll outta bed and down on your knees And for a moment you can hardly breathe Wondering, "Was she really here? Is she standing in my room?" No she's not, 'cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone.... When you're dreaming with a broken heart The giving up is the hardest part She takes you in with her crying eyes Then all at once you have to say goodbye Wondering, "Could you stay my love? Will you wake up by my side?" No she can't, 'cause she's gone, gone, gone, gone, gone.... Now do I have to fall asleep with roses in my hand? Do I have to fall asleep with roses in my hand? Do I have to fall asleep with roses in my hand? Do I have to fall asleep with roses in my, roses in my hand? would you get them if I did? No you won't, 'cause you're gone, gone, gone, gone, gone.... When you're dreaming with a broken heart The waking up is the hardest part

Anyone understand what he meant in the beginning by saying "I'll take a little bit less of this stuff right here, maybe we'll work it out in here". I assume he's talking about the on-stage monitor? What does he mean by we'll work it out in here? Does that mean he's going to be fire listening to himself in this room without the monitor? Why did he point upwards?
@Josh-it6uy6 жыл бұрын
be quiet
@Pacemate51505 жыл бұрын
He wants less volume in the monitor, that’s it. He’s just saying he’s going freestyle without perfecting the monitor volume since he’s playing a resonator guitar.
@makinenandreas10 жыл бұрын
Due to the guitar and the fingerplacing and everything i guess he was playing Walt grace after that? You didn't record that to did you? :/ Someone?
