I didn't know John's music before this performance on Jools Holland, happened to catch it and remember how fresh and funky I thought it was, sounded like nothing else on the show. He did 'Blues Run the Game' beautifully too. Turned me into a fan. I can't believe that was 10 years ago already. Next year I'll be seeing him for the second time live in London 😁

haha wow ...I'm 21, been playing guitar for 1/8 the time you've been playing and I can confidently say by watching one of your videos that I am a far better player than you are (you made this personal btw). And I enjoy listening to BB, Jimi, SRV and I gladly hold Mayer in the same regard. And your little kick at homosexuality there was just pathetic.
