The thoroughly embarrassed mother hastily left holding her crying baby to her breast, and the crowd rained down the BOOOOs upon Mr. McEnroe. Never one to either back down, or hold his tongue, much less show contrition, McEnroe then popped off through his mic'd up amplifier, " Whadda you expect? I'm from New York." Michael Chang then showed class when he spoke up that the sound was "music to my ears", "I am the father of a new born myself." You’re entitled to your opinion. Most of the great players have reverence for those who came before them and whom they are playing with pm the tour. And when Novak was even a younger player he always had an excuse and withdrew from matches due to “ injuries “ He mocked other players like Nadal and Federer who were better than his was at the time. You don’t see Carlos Alcaraz doing that and Carlos is younger than Novak was at the time. This is why so many people dislike Novak. They look at the whole picture of who a “ star player “ is and not just the win and loss column.
