I have said this on John's channel...he is the most knowledgeable guy in the business, but so personal. I really love the fact most people can relate. He is a full time dad, businessman, bodybuilding coach, trains, make great videos, and still finds time to coach his kid's football team. I am also coaching my son's youth league team as a offensive coordinator, and absolutely love it. It is nice to see guys in the bodybuilding world, as grounded as John is.

Honestly these are the 2 best personalities in bodybuilding. I’ve learnt so much from both of them and gotten so much entertainment from them both. I don’t think they’ll ever understand how grateful someone like me could ever be. Not only for helping me progress but for helping me through lockdown, that may have been the toughest time of my life and I looked forward to every single upload.

I just had a split image of John... the humble John we see in the bodybuilding community. 1st class type of guy.... then Hardcore John as the kids football coach....John yelling and screaming at the kids.... just ripping them apart for messing up a play on the field lmao😂🤣😂🤣..... I know he’s not like that but that would be hilarious. Great episode! You guys are a great team 👍🏼💪🏼

I love John, he is such a solid human being ! He has to be the most liked and loved guy in all of bodybuilding, never has nothing bad to say about anyone always positive even when things look horrible, which his health, he still stays positive ! That’s the kind of people I want in my circle of friends. I refuse to hang out or be around anyone who is negative ! That shit is a death wish for people trying to succeed And beyond all those things, he is imo one of the smartest guys in nutrient and gear and training about there ! The guy could be a doctor I would never switch coaches bro

I know this is not simple to answer but have you ever noticed any side effects from elevated progesterone? I have noticed that most people only get problems from estrogen & prolactin but very rarely anybody talks about progesterone as the main source of problems (assuming the other 2 hormones are being controlled with AI etc)

Hey Fouad!! I’m on TRT because my labs came out with a testosterone of 124. Can you imagine that? No wonder I had such terrible libido. I’ve been in a cutting phase. I’m 145lbs natural and really lean with decent muscle. Question: the doctor told me to take DIM with the TRT to allow estrogen to leave the body. You ever try that? I’m curious if that was ever part of your regimen? Thanks.

Is it Tennis Elbow, Golfers Elbow, or is it tendinitis? Tennis Elbow and Golfer’s Elbow are caused by weak or undertrained forearms. Tendinitis is usually from overtraining the triceps and biceps. The only cure for tendinitis is rest. Stop all direct and indirect arm training for 6-8 weeks.
