I use the bane mask for my cpap. It took a couple of tries to find the right mask and the right pressures, but once you get it right the CPAP is phenomenal. I don't want to nap without it.

I recently got a CPAP machine, and the vendor had me fill out a questionnaire about my sleeping and breathing, plus took a scan of my face, and it gave me a recommended mask type and size, and in my case it’s the nose pillow that covers the mouth (so you can still breathe through your mouth, and rests under the nose. I’ve had good results so far.

On the CPAP machine topic for Mikey(if he sees this). I know it seems like it would be more akward, but the full mask is actually the most comfortable of the 3, and more often than not has a vent making it easier to breath out. High suggest the full face mask over the other ones.

Sounds like Mikey would benefit from using a BiPAP machine, though it may bother him too much since it sucks the air out on his exhale. The good machines have adjustable pressures for both

if its any help i have a cpat machine and its a nasal pillow and mouth cover but not the full triangle mask coz i get spots around my nose. that might be worth trying. (also it takes weeks to months to get used to sleeping with it, for me it took a year as i have scoliosis so i notmally sleep sideways coz its painful to lay on my back for more than 15mins. so u just need to be patient.) what i would suggest is an hr before bed get a book or word search or netflix etc. and wear it till ur bed time, then go to bed without it. do that for a week then do the same but wear it for 10mins after u lay down for sleep and keep doing that until u are desensitised to it
