IISS Senior Adviser for Geopolitical Due Diligence John Raine explains the geopolitical tensions that form the backdrop to this year’s IISS Shangri-La Dialogue, particularly between the United States and China.
Known as Asia’s premier defence summit, the Dialogue takes place in Singapore and brings together the most important defence policymakers from across the Asia-Pacific and beyond for three days of intense discussions on regional security.
