Using Joes authority to countermand his arrest and then expose his family for high treason. Smith was a genius

That’s the reason smith lied about Juliana’s death too. He knew that joe would help him if shit hit the fan with her as bargain, and he was also aware joe would had never ever considered step in there had he knew she was alive. She was crucial in joes narrative in both seasons, they were pretty much intertwined. he was a confused guy that didn’t follow ideals but people. This jointly reinforced smith as the master strategist he was and shows how dirty Blake was treated in season 3. Conditioned or not, the cold terminator that Juliana faced was completely out of character .

1:16 Minor historical oversight: the ship on the right is the Nagato, the long-time flagship of the Japanese Navy. It is suspicious and unlikely the Japanese would have used their old flagship in a nuclear test, considering how the Navy was revered and how Mikasa was converted into a museum ship. David Jones Thousands of nuclear bombs have been detonated historically, over 1000 by the USA alone. The relatively few, albeit spread targets would not cause significant worldwide damage. Atlantropa however... yeah that would’ve been a very bad idea.
@Thurnmourer4 жыл бұрын
Alantropa is hit or miss, if the Nazi's have an effective plan to deal with the salt piles and the solar issues caused by the lack of water, then they could do it. Chances are it would most likely have been a steady expansion of these new farmlands. Create Nile-bank esque areas and then expand upon it with the water in the Sahara serving as a buffer to the Sun and its issues. Alatropa would fail, however, if it was just all dumped in one go. But, the scientific capacity of the Nazi's in this alt-world very clearly shows them as being more than capable to deal with and plan around it all. Even if oddly their nuclear arms were behind ours... Guess arrogance of the power of the Heisenberg Device lead to little development on that front. Or a lack of Japanese bombs to encourage competition.

It’s funny to think about, since Germany had no real “Cold War” they didn’t put any effort into H-Bomb research

Smith is a Machiavellian genius. 😂

Would heydrich actually betray Hitler and thus also Himmler? I always had the impression that heydrich was one of Himmler’s close confidants and goons

Interesting how Smith uses video of the U.S nuclear arsenal to scare off the Nazi's.
