Monstrous!!! Sykes kills and so do you Brother! I got this album as a promo from the record store my soon to be wife worked at back in 89 ( ahhh, young love). Sykes is right up there with VH, Vai, Yngwie, Friedman, Becker any any and all of them back then. A true original voice.

Brilliant. I always heard the double stops at the end of the main riff as a fast double slide up rather than the hammer-on pull-off as you do. You are surely correct and I need to go off and listen more closely.

Thanks. I dont remember now, but its possible that I used those hammers (no pull offs) to get a more solid feel in the riff. Because Sykes did love those double slides. They're all over that album.

Thank you. Sykes is one of my favorite players and big influence. For me personally, the latest generation of ampsim plugins is so good that I usually never struggle, no. And the automation control you have when mixing is incredible.
