Really not sure about that. They kind of lost me after he fell from a building and survived. I knew he wouldn’t just die, because JW4 had already been announced, but I thought there was some kind of trick they pulled where the man you saw falling wasn’t him. I almost laughed out loudly, when it turned out he really just fell from a building and survived. For a franchise seemingly grounded in reality, thats just a joke. Still, I do think John might actually win in a fight, due to his incredible durability. However I think Jason Bourne would be his toughest Match. Also, you might want to consider Jason Bournes stealth, and escape abilities. Its just crazy, how this guy can just disappear or never be found in the first place, if he really wants to. To be honest this video isnt about the character doing what they do best, it is only about fighting capability. Hunt utilizes teams, expensive resources, and in-depth planning for his missions. Bond uses his governments funds and tech. Wick uses all of the tech and gadgets he chooses to carry. Only Bourne can make it through his movies without support. That said, if the argument is pure fighting capability, then the question becomes what weapons do the characters have available. If the answer is teams, that changes things drastically to suit Hunt/Bond. If the answer is firearms, the Wick almost certainly wins because he uses the gun as if it IS his own hand. If the answer is none then Bourne wins. Also of note is the fact that only Wick and Bourne react with enough speed to adapt on the fly. Of the two, only Bourne is "programmed" and doesnt have to think in order for his reactions to take place. Finally, these characters are drastically different men with drastically different skillsets. The IMF is not an assassin recruitment center, though some missions may occasionally need that done. Bond's government has allowed him to kill if he deems it necessary, but his skill is held back by the necessity of the situation; he's a spy not just a killer. Bourne's greatest strength is truly his intellect and adaptability, not his fighting prowess. While he might be able to kill any of these other men if the situation were right, he could almost certainly SURVIVE any of these other men or evade them outright. Wick alone is a killer of killers, an assassin outright. He is also a loner and less constrained by a conscience than any of the others. Wick is most likely to take any advantage and give no quarter, which makes him innately deadlier than any single one of the others if the context is equal awareness and firearms.

Doubt that. Wick series are unbearably unrealistic compared to the Bourne trilogy. He unrealistically mowes down unimportant characters but when it comes to important characters, the movies give them plenty of screen time during fights as if it is some video game boss fight. The gap between Non important and important is way to big to be a realistic action movie. Every fight scene seems extremely staged where Wick conveniently knows when an enemy will come out of where and if there is a massive group, they engage him one at a time like zombies. Might as well add magic in the movie and consider it a marvel superhero movie. The first three Bourne movies on the other hand include characters that engage the protagonist no matter if they are an assassin or a bad guy that is not so important to the story. The realistic mental and physical advantage in Bournes skill set is what allows Bourne to win battles rather than the writing. Not to mention the generic story in the first movie of John Wick. “Bad guy steals car and kills dog so protagonist kills bad guy.” The movies just seems like pure fan services. This is why the latest Bourne movie failed so badly.

Hmm, I still think Bourne would win out of the four. Him and Wick are both excellent at hand-to-hand combat, but Bourne can use his surroundings more effectively than Wick. I don’t know which one of the two is more intelligent, but from what I’ve seen from Bourne is that he can analyze every situation very quickly and efficiently make split second decisions. He also is good at deceiving targets and manipulate their actions without giving himself away. Wick also has great qualities and is very “creative” with his environment, but to me he’s more of a “let’s go in here and kill every bad guy I can get my hands on” kinda guy. I’d say Bourne has a slight edge

What sets Bourne apart isn't just the fact that he uses everything around, (which you can pretty much make that claim for all these characters, if you're being honest) no what easily sets Bourne apart is the fact that he has medically enhanced abilities thanks to the experimental drugs they had them on AKA Treadstone I believe the program was called (or possibly Blackbriar). He's able to move faster, he's stronger and he haa a much greater tolerance for pain. These all give him an advantage above all these other choices.

Jason Bourne is the winner for me in both scenarios. Hand to hand Bourne wins, no contest. But everyone assumes that because Wick is such a great shot he would win with guns. This is where the phrase brains over brawn applies. Because they wouldn't be face to face, outsmarting your opponent becomes a big factor and that's where Bourne excels. His resourcefulness and wit also gives him the edge. Wick might be able to gun down 30 guys coming at him but in a scenario where the 4 of them are all alone in a house, Bourne (or Bond or Hunt for that matter) won't go running just for Wick to take down. I can definitely see Bourne setting traps throughout the house with simple objects to catch any of the other off-guard. Remember how in Ultimatum, he tricked two CIA operatives with just a fan and a flashlight. Anticipating your opponent is vital in this gunfight scenario and that's why I believe Bourne would also take it.

Bourne is the CIA's best ever trained assassin even though he goes rouge at times. Wick is just a street assassin and fights mostly untrained and unskilled hired muscle. Bourne can't afford to give his opponents clean killshots, while Wick's opponents continuously run right up on him after seeing those before them do the exact same thing with no success and no one can seem to shoot straight and hit him even when they are a few feet away and have an unobstructed beed on him. Wick's movies are fun to watch and I'm a big Keanu Reeves fan, but Bourne is the most believable one and adapts to his opponents, surroundings, and situational needs fastest and most effectively!! Bourne easily wins because he would just strategize and lay a trap for John Wick and snipe his ass and go home in time for dinner.

In the first three Bourne Films, Jason killed about 20+ skilled assassins/operatives/agents... In three Wick films, John killed 360+ trained assassins/hitmen... Interesting tidbit: Both used pencils/pens as weapons at one point (though only Wick used it lethally) I'll grant you that in a hand-to-hand melee (no weapons), Bourne might have an advantage (albeit slightly--he seems faster)... Also, Bourne is a much better strategist... so given time to prepare, Bourne wins, imho... However, make it a random encounter on the street--with weapons and I think Wick takes it... Anyway, fun to think about :) Bourne is the Boogey Man... Wick is the one you send to kill the f****** Boogey Man ;)
