@@dynasty201 I agree that during the Shah’s reign Iran enjoyed its golden historical era and had the Shah remained in power Iran would have reached the acme of economic and industrial power. As has been discovered, Iran has an Achilles heel from where it has always been hit and that is Islam; in fact, all of Iranians’ major problems are related to islam one way or the other. For spirituality Zoroastra is more than enough for the Iranians and even many great Iranian sophists and poets including Hafez reached the same conclusion the reason why the latter’s tomb was ordered to be destroyed several times by islamic leaders in Iran until Reza Shah reconstructed it in 1935. Unlike the ruling clerics in Iran, Shah was a very broad-minded person who had lived and studied in Europe and was proficient in English and French languages and knew the world very well. And again unlike the clerics he loved Iranian people and culture and felt proud of being an Iranian because he knew the power of the persian mind and the richness of its culture. In contrast, the clerics hate persian culture because it is rooted in human freedom and human value both of which the clrerics cannot tolerate as they ruin their rule which is based on control and tyranny. Fortunately, the Iranian people have realised all these and have come to the same conclusion and are ready to enter or re-enter a new historical period in which they can resume their journey which they abandoned 45 years ago.

Patrick Bet-David's question at 5:50 as a Christian, who would you trust protecting your places "Jews or Muslims?" and his argument that Christians and Christian holy sites are safer under Jews as opposed to Muslims is deeply flawed and based on maybe 1 or 2 weak arguments. The argument that Christians and Christian sites are indeed safer under Muslims has a long list of factual evidence of religious-backed protection under Islamic law, whereas in Jewish law one can find Patrick Bet-David's argument to be baseless. I urge readers to read into the protection of autonomy of Jews and Christians under Islamic rule for centuries. We have more in common than that divides us.

Ironically, Jews and Muslims alike both were, for centuries, under immense savage danger of life under the Christians. Today, it could be argued that Jews are safer in some Christian countries than in Israel, and Muslims are safer in some Christian countries than some Muslims countries. That of which by the way, has nothing to do with "Christian law" if such a thing even ever existed... rather it has to do with creating a safe space for intellectuals and merchants regardless of their religion.

Instead of criticizing people who want to see positive change in Iran, energy would be much better spent in pressuring the regime to either reform or step down from power. But I’ll bet anything that you’ve never commented and criticized the Iranian regime for funding Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, etc. instead of spending that money on improving the lives of Iranians.
