Great video. I bought a few windows for walls with metal siding. The first two were a nightmare. The trim went underneath the siding but the next ones I'm going to remove the flanges and install as if on brick..great instructional. Cool you can works with your sons also..stay well.

were you using the masonary bit to drill through the vinyl frame ? my windows do not have holes completely through the frame..

This one came predrilled from factory. I would not use a masonry bit to drill thru the plastic. Use a bit for metal. Good luck.

Wouldnt you just off take a 1/4” total measurement (1/8” each side) to assure it fits instead of “cutting”*** away all the extra cement/stucco** ? Would save work and potential damage.

No block was chipped away, only cement and stucco was cut with mason blade. But thanks for the feedback. Have a great day.

Not The dreaded marble. Noooo I find it comical blowing the dust into guy that’s trying to see what he is grinding. What if you have a marble sill When you start off. Do you take it out or just leave it there

if the marble is in the way of window fitting you will have to take it out.
