Just built up a new BSD safari, first time riding bmx in 8 years. 2 weeks on it and just starting to hit little tricks, day by day, ride by ride. Keep getting deeper into, appreciate the content, keep at it. Got a flight voucher to go anywhere, might have to come cruise!

The same thing happened to me, following a fall from a BMX bike. I am an osteopath. I, in turn, went to an osteopath who restored the mobility of the joint and reduced the pain, but the shoulder years later is not what it used to be. Unfortunately, I often feel pain during calisthenic training and when performing tricks. Lately, however, I've been using a shoulder brace that manages to keep it in place, effectively reducing the annoying episodes of shoulder dislocation.

glad to see you back at the grind brody always enjoy the content! but take it easy with the shoulder i forget the name of it but i just got over the same injury and its the most miserable thing ever!!!! like you said workout just completely changes but its legit just a rubber band practically holding your shoulder in place and you got a bump on shoulder

There’s a good KZbin channel called bob and brad, if your shoulder feels like a big knot let your two hands hang straight down roll your painful shoulder back if you hear a crack in your neck then turn your head in the direction of your tender shoulder.A lot of times it’s your neck causing the problem think of it like a piston your shoulder could still be the issue with me it’s always the neck I just stretch the neck till the pain goes away and I’m 60 years old

Great channel fella. Viewer from across the pond. Your channel popped up on my feed. Been watching you on your ebike great to see you ripping around South Central. Only thing I knew about the place was from Ice-T😂😂 But the BMX stuff is great. I've got an old Haro I've done up. Put some Z rims on Redline flight crank etc. I'm 54 but you can't take the bike out of you regardless of age. I also get the not talking to people too. Strange things humans we dominate but don't like to communicate. But taking the Haro out gets loads of people making conversation. Seems we are not alone. You and the other guys when you went to New York was a class watch. Keep at it fella as it's appreciated here ,👍

Watch that shoulder! As a calisthenics lover myself, I know how it goes with a shoulder issue. I ended up tearing my rotator cuff recently, and now no pull-ups, and darn physical therapy. It definitely looks like you need to get it checked out before it becomes a chronic issue.
