Hi John. Any plans for bread made in an airfryer? I tried to adapt one of your bread roll recipe and baked it in the airfryer but they were a bit tougher than the normal oven rolls. Great videos BTW.

Yet another one to try to make, no doubt adding more damage to my "girlish figure"....LOL.........love the way you show how easy what one would normally think are difficult bakes really aren't. Could quite catch the types of apples you recommended for these pies, I like to use Granny Smiths for either making baked apple or to add to a tossed green salad as they have a nice tart taste to them, would they work with this pie recipe?

I would say yes. Granny Smith is a good baking apple. I never heard of the apples named in the video. I suppose they are British varieties.
