Johnny cash has a special place in my heart. I’m English and my grandad loved him. I was too young to really get into this sort of music. Unfortunately he died in 2016 three days after Christmas. Years later, I found some CD’s and an old player and listened to them all. Johnny cash, Kenny Rogers, Marty Robbins, Dolly Parton, John Denver. The lot. But especially fell in love with Johnny cash. Thanks Johnny. You may not know it, but you’ve helped me a lot.

Just a few years later, in a different town and daddy with a better paying job, this song came out and I will always remember listening to it on the car radio and dad and I listening to it together and laughing, trying to remember all the lyrics - we almost got it, they played this one so often! It's difficult to say one particular Cash song is my favorite... but I decided years ago that this one was IT. I'm a metal fan first, but Cash is PLATINUM start to finish. Anyhoo... this song is my go-to Cash. RIP you magnificent maestro.
