No, someone who didn't do it would have compassion. And respect for the court process. He's arrogant and believes he's above the legal process. The inability of much of the general public to spot a narcissistic abuser highlights even more clearly why so many of us who've been abused in this way had such a hard time getting understanding from those around us. These pathological narcissists are extremely clever at what they do. AH's Psychologist has confirmed she has the signs of ptsd and that the whole dynamic and analysis supports her as a victim of DA. JD has had a restraining order issued against him re DA and a British Court found him guilty also by throwing out his case against journalist Dan Wootton who wrote about the abuse. An Appeal was denied and JD was ordered to pay costs. How much more black and white do people need to see!

" you were drinking pretty heavily." "were you there?" one of my favorite comebacks by Johnny
@Baalslegion07 Жыл бұрын
The thing is, under normal circumstances, I'd say that those responses of his are absolutely insulting to the court and go on a rant about him nor being very respectful and not taking any of this serious enlugh. But those aren't normal circumstances. He was basicly slandered and the "evidence" those jokesters of lawyers actually presented, were more disrespectful than anything he did. Like, a news article isn't evidence, especially those gossip pages. Its not like there were a lot of actually real reporters there, just a bunch of people hungry for fame and weird paparazzi. That alone is disrespectful, since it wastes the time of the court. And honestly, at first I was unsure about him actually being a good guy, but after Amber Heards first few moments, one could see that she was faking it and lieing and with every single day in court, it became so clear how little she actually had as evidence and how much he could present. She was appearantly beaten to near death multiple times (well, at least regular human beings would be nearly dead woth all the things she described) and then walked it of. He jad injuries, could offer proof of having them and thats it. Sje had painted on injuries and faked photographs. Also, that late night show! Sorry, but before you go to such a show, you sit in a make-up chair and have multiple stylists work on you. And she couldn't present a single one willing to say she was heavily bruised? Or what about the host, he'd be informed about "being softer" or not mentioning certain topics. Therefore he could have told them "I dont know if she was hurt, but I did get information that suggests she is currently traumatised and has physiscal injuries". The difference is, that while Johnny Depp doesn't come out lf this as the best human ever, he did come out of that court room as someone, that has severe troubles and is definitly using the wrong ways to cope with that, but also someone, who clearly abuses himself or objects, rather than another human being. If we want to believe AHs story, we'd need to believe all the absolutely insane crap she claims, which would only be believabke if this was a murder trial with her as the murder victim. Like, noone nlt related to ger or on ger side for obvious reasons, was able to give even a shred of evidence for her side of the story. Thats what killed it for me. If one side can properly show everyone that things did happen like they claim it to have been and the other cant, then the "winner" is obvious. Also, what striked me the most, was that while JD was abme to admit some things he did do, which didn't paint him in a good light, Amber Heard didn't do any of that. She just straight up said that the evidence was faked and manipulated, rather than admitting not to be a perfect human being. Thats sl absurd! Like, it would have bought her so much credibility, if sje presented herself as someone who also did a lot of drugs, drank much and then, after JD did Ll those things to her, had a clean up crew ready to hide his outbursts. Sure, that might have been a lie too, but it would have been believable. Using makeup that wasn't released back then to paint over black eyes and bruises? How?! And if she did have those as a trial or so, how cant noone tell the court they sent it to her. And if it wasn't these exact colours, then which ones were it? Where did she buy them? Online? Great! Show the order details! Basicly, its absolutely impossible, that there is NO evidence for abuse coming from JD. The only thing he did, was hurl verbal abuse back at her after she abused him.

@@anniehopkins8470the judge for this case was very professional and did a very good job. The fact that Ambers lawyers actually had to use tabloid headlines as evidnece highlighted just how hard they were scraping the barrel to discredit Johnnys character, cos they had virtually no witnesses to Johnny doing what Amber was describing. I don’t know what the benchmark was in terms of what was allowed in and what wasn’t in terms of typed of evidnece, but the judge seemed to be fair to both sides, and I don’t think she deserves to be harshly criticised. You can even see at moments in this trial, she was getting visibly annoyed with Ambers team. Elaine being slow with paperwork, not having her microphone turned on, the expert witness Dr Spiegel being hostile and argumentative on the stand; and Rottenborn constantly wasting time by scrolling through pages.

@LoreCatan2 жыл бұрын
The point of that bit was to prove that his reputation was shit before Turd ever wrote the article, since this is a defamation case. But in my opinion it backfired horribly; As Johnny said himself, these are hit pieces, every actor has at least one bad article written about them, especially if they did drugs which was normal in Hollywood at that time. It made Turd's lawyer look incredibly incompetent, desperate and overall it patronizes the intelligence of the jury. There's _no way_ they'd be swayed by such flaky evidence.

Well, Johnny has kept his side of the story consistent for years, but Amber has constantly changed details, exaggerated, and downplayed her violent actions, even at one point calling him a "baby" because he "couldn't" take her punch to his face. His excessive drinking proves nothing bad other than, as he said, he's got depression, mental problems that Amber only made much much worse. If Johnny did the things she said he did, why did he stay with him unless she had something to gain from the relationship. Like, money, fame, ect

I swear he still has that jack sparrow soul in him whenever he’s talking and is just super cute but also upsetting now realizing that Disney fired him during his trial and didn’t really let him defend himself, and not to mention how he really wants to do another movie to put an end to the series in which I would have loved to see…

Disney lost
@shaylacrossland14752 жыл бұрын
Yeah it was very unfair of Disney to just fire him before he even got through all of this. He made that character and so they at least owed him the benefit of the doubt or just put things on hold until after the trial is over instead of just dropping him like it's no big deal. Nobody else could ever do that part like him so they mighr as well not even try to give it to anyone else.

Disney’s attempt to be woke. Fire anyone who gets accused of anything, of course.

I would have loved being a lawyer in the wrongful fireing suit. Damages for fireing him because they assumed that he was guilty before even being tried. That's pretty open and shut right there. I'm hoping they would lose. Jonny vindicated. Disney stepped over the line. And now for the faceplant.
