Im a 55 y/o man and the end of this had me in tears . I have been a victim of this type of sociopath vindictiveness. It was the most humiliating thing losing my job and the rest of what came with this type acusation . You are guilty till proven innocent not the other way around. It wasn't till several years later when it was discovered she had done the same thing to two other men, only then did people believe. Thankfully I finally decided I was not going to remain in the space this person had created. Years later I am ok but I'll never forget the way I felt when going through it. One thing that amazes me about Johnny Depp is his ability to alter his speaking voice so drastically yet you really don’t notice it’s not his natural voice. A great example is when he played Willy Wonka, he did the whole movie sounding like a squeaky voiced man child. Captain jack sparrow had a different voice too, then there’s his regular speaking voice which is the most interesting of all of them. In spite of years of drug use he’s still so articulate and has a memory like no other, a truly strong mind.

As a person who had a similar situation happen to me, I finally got my vendication two weeks ago in trial. The judge felt that her testimony was untrue and everything wasn't adding up. Took me four years to right that wrong, and $17,000.00 of legal fees. A lot of men can't afford that and it's easier to "just deal with it".

@@manastarot47 Absolute truth! I grew up with a mother that was abusive in every way, nearly every day, towards not only my Dad, but us kids too. It's nature as l human instinct to protect yourself, and whenever she'd lay into him he'd put his hands up, and when necessary push her off him. Yet, SHE was the one that'd call the cops if his fingernail accidentally scratched her in the process of his hands going up to protect himself. I saw such more times than I could count! These days, my Dad, being the actual innocent person, would've had a rap sheet a mile long just because of her lying allegations! He'd NEVER call the cops on her because, as he would tell us, it's better to have a mom, even a bad one, than no mother at all (he had to grow up without his as she died very early in his life). So, I absolutely get his, and jus sister's pact to never become those people. The flip side of that coin is avoiding arguements at all cost and the problems that arise from not being able to have healthy arguements, and being able to accept that disagreeing can be perfectly acceptable if you can at least RESPECT the viewpoints of your partner, and by that I DO NOT MEAN being dismissive of their viewpoints.

I had a woman in my life (a friend; not a FWB). She was an alcoholic. We were trying to help her. I collected her from a pub she had escaped to in the countryside. When driving home along a country road with her in the front passenger seat she put her feet up on my steering wheel. I had to slow down. We didn't crash or anything, but imagine if we had? What a waste that would have been. If we died; imagine. All she could say at the time when I shouted at her to take her feet down was, "your'e no fun". She had self-destructive tendencies. That much is obvious. That was one of the final straws for me. The last time she was in my car. Tried my best and that's all I could do. Some people take prisoners. Over the following weeks we gradually went our separate ways.
