I have loved Johnny Mathis' singing since I saw him on the Dick Clark show, American Bandstand. He is, hands down, one of the best singers that ever lived. His voice is simply angelic. I don't know enough superlatives to describe his singing but he is simply extraordinary. I love his singing.

I have been in love with this voice since the beginning of Johnny's career. He only gets better with age. The best birthday I ever had was when I got to see him in the theater in the round in Massachusetts. I cried for joy through the entire performance. God bless you for many many more years Johnny.

This is a wonderful fantastic man who's been in my life since I was 12 chances are no matter what he sang I would try my best to here whatever he sang I admit I had a teenage crush but then as I matured his voice performance an voice was enough singing a song 🎵 ❤ just was so fantastic,actual I got to see him at a performe of another artist he was sitting row in from of me in theater my chances were artful good that nigh! His voice is so wonderful every chance tried to see him thru the year,no one can keep my heart,myears ,my head so happy like Johnny Mathis,until im 74 I feel I'm 20 again hearing his beautiful Bless voice,he always was so handsome which didn't hurt! Wonderfully talented man continued to make his audience thrilled 😀 with love great singing 🎶 e him in person

i remember this. PBS promised a night of Johnny Mathis on a Wednesday. Wednesday came, there was no Johnny. just some nature show or something. i had just got off work at a chocolate factory. while PBS was begging for money, i called they're 800 number, irate saying, "WHERE'S JOHNNY???!" the operator and i had an exchange, i still didn't see Johnny. so i spent the evening listening to his records.
