@rickmalone270 , thank you. I've decided that I'm going to donate a bunch of my birthdays to people who really need them. Some folks run out of birthdays way too early in their lives. If they are children, have children to raise, have parents to take care of... I will gladly donate some of my unused birthdays to them. You never know, one of those in need might find a cure for cancer, or develop a way to watch tv without commercials. Might be the next Steven Hawking or Elvis Presley.

Johnny Carson mentioning the Love Boat sure brought back memories. That show was genius where every episode was full of B level celebrities that were between gigs. The cruise line industry benefited greatly because everyone thought that going on a cruise would be just like the TV show.

Carson was a Democrat and made his dislike of Reagan very well known on his show. In those days we did not have propaganda channels pretending to be news like Fox News and Newmax. Sure if we did Carson would have spoke up about their racism, sexism, and homophobia.

When will network executives figure out that this is why we all stayed up late do as to end our day with a laugh and a smile? The 3 network late night hacks on right now are unwatchable. I honestly personally don’t know anyone that doesn’t switch the channel when they come on. Why would I want to watch some soy boy host lecture me about politics or anything else? Someone needs to make the effort to lobby their local 3 network affiliates to dump these shows. MLNFA : Make Late Night Funny Again
