What a pair these two are. I stumbled upon this accidentally in my KZbin travels. What beautiful voices!! I'm so glad I found them.

I listen to this when I want to remember someone who was supposed to be a friend, but ended up being an accessory to the end of a marriage. To anyone reading this, live life selflessly, and you will live without regret. It doesn’t have to be more complicated than that.

Thank you. Betrayal happens only with those you know and it is devastating. I’ve been there (under the similar circumstances you mention). Your words of wisdom for living well resonate; it’s been my strategy all along. Sometimes bad things happen and the lessons about them and you, too, can create much sadness and despair AND growth. I’m 7 years out now and working to balance cynicism with hope.

Navigated my way here after watching that episode of Detectorists. I'm utterly entranced. What a beautiful song, beautifully sung. Thanks for sharing.

I remember listening to this on a loop a decade ago. I’m so happy to hear these two voices melded again.🖤

Johnny looks and is so much like my dad. Come back here just to watch him sing feels like a lullaby.

This is a song I never get tired of hearing. It is absolutely beautiful. If I had to choose only one song to listen to for the rest of my life, it would be this one.
