I started watching this channel a few days ago. I'm a 16-year-old girl who's looking to gain some mass. I don't mean a just a nice butt, haha. I've always been on the thin side and I started working out a few months ago. I'm a runner, but that doesn't exactly give me awesome biceps, haha. I want to challenge people to arm wrestle and when I take my jacket off they'll be surprised that I'm more muscular than their Dad if you know what I mean. I don't know if you're still active but if you get to it, could you please give me some tips for bicep, back, glute, quads? I would appreciate the heck out of it. I love your channel so far :)
