Yet another excellent video! You are indeed a true urban adventurer. You should be proud that you kept going as far as it was possible to do so on that rough trail. The upside, in my opinion, is that you now know a lovely spot in nature that you could walk to where you wouldn’t be likely to encounter anyone else! 🌲 It’s so cool that there’s just an 8 minute timeframe from complete isolation in the woods to full city. 🏙 Thanks for taking us along!

You're very welcome and it's amazing how quickly one can become so isolated in this city (in a good way).

If you had turned left coming out of the brickworks you could take the bike path to the don trail. I have a gravel bike so a little rougher than road tires but I think the way you went was a rough ride. Are you thinking of doing any far east rides? There are some good ones in Scarborough I do often.
@JohnnyStrides4 жыл бұрын
I wanted to continue through with the beltline loop! I know I could have jumped onto the Don Trail but this ride was all about doing something entirely new. What routes in Scarborough do you suggest?
@BGRANT777X4 жыл бұрын
Johnny Strides the trails starting in Thomson park are nice, the new hunting wood lanes, the waterfront path which connects to morningside park, the warden woods and a few hydro corridors are ones I do often

I like that you are riding on the trail, there is a trail in Ringwood Park New Jersey called Bike Trail, not easy to ride, full of challenge, some bikers do that.

@@JohnnyStrides The plan was to promote tourism to Canada from the Middle East, but the pandemic just changed everything. Anyway, you are on my list as I really can feel the potential you have in providing the info in a very presentable way compared to the others who are doing the same type of content. Keep up the great work.

I recently joined your channel and really love all your videos. I moved to Toronto from Montreal 11 years ago and have yet to find and visit so many trails. On weekends I usually go to the Toronto beaches, High Park or walk the waterfront trail from Humber Bay park East to Ontario Place. Thank you for these new ideas for trails that I can visit. I love your walking videos very much but I find that you cycling might be a safer option for you since the camera is mounted on your body. But this is just my opinion. I'm referencing to the video about the paranoid man who was convinced that you were secretly filming him and thought that you were the police. Keep safe my friend and neighbor and keep up the great work! :)

Thank you! I understand your concerns, I will do my best to stay careful and will continue to make both walking and cycling videos. I'm glad you're really enjoying TO! Montreal is a fantastic city as well. 👍
