They have played PAPAYA pretty much in every concert since it came out. So it is a pretty safe bet to say that they will play it during the US tour aswell.

Its almost guaranteed they do this live on the US tour. Its become a mid set staple. Get ready. Also the actual live version of this very video is epic. You wont be disappointed. Fhero is a vocal beast. They just had the pleasure of doing another live performance with him on stage when they were in Thailand last month. If you find a fancam of it, enjoy.

_Matsuri da!_ 🦊🤘🍠 You got this John, just save some extra energy for this because you will jumping and waving the towel a lot lol Recently fans at Bangkok enjoyed this song live with F.Hero as a special guest for the third time performing together after this live version 2019 in Japan, but everyone were enjoying this in every concert, is a hit they don't wanna miss in any of their setlist. F.Hero is a top Thai rapper artist and he's singing/rapping in Thai language, the title is in reference to the papaya fruit used as an ingredient in a popular Thai salad. It's a fun song to represent and celebrate the mix between these two great cultures, and fans at Sabaton's Europe Tour enjoyed this song in every setlist as well in the Asian Tour and Australian Tour already finished. If you want another rare live performance with Latin rhythm vibes you got "Night Night Burn" live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020, or with Indian influence like "Shanti Shanti Shanti" official MV, better yet if you look for "folky" vibes then you got "Oh! MAJINAI" ft. Joakim Brodem live at Legend Metal Galaxy 2020 or Budokan 2021. This song belongs to 3rd album "Metal Galaxy" released in 2019 but this one as well many more songs are exploring a different Babymetal side, sometimes more mature, but trying to not lose their fun. It belongs to the Light Side disc of that album. The footage of this was took from BABYMETAL AWAKENS: The Sun Also Rises 2019 in Yokohama Arena Japan, F.Hero was invited for this, the night before he was really in panic with the amount of people and even throwing all out after the show, It ain't easy to face that crowd, especially after receiving some negative critics from BM fans who didn't like his participation on this, fortunately he recover from this and received a warming welcome. Also that night they introduced the _avengers_ system, a group of three backup dancers filling the third spot that YuiMetal left (she left the group in 2018). They rotate so not always you'll see the same one on stage, usually the live official MV before 2020 is with Kano Fujihira, she started this when having 14 years old, so young like our girls back in their early days. None of them had mic or sing and aren't official members, they just dance. But remember that status recently changed when one of them become a new official member called MomoMetal. Thanks for sharig this, I would definitely be glad to join the party along with you and everyone at the concert, hopefully one day. Meanwhile put your kitsune up and see you next time 🦊🤘❤

Great reaction. This video was filmed on the second night in Yokohama at the start of their 2019 tour. F Hero is a rapper from Thailand and very well known there, he flew in to Japan specially to perform on those first two nights. They performed in Bangkok in Thailand a month or two ago and F Hero made another special guest appearance. 'PA PA YA' is a summer festival song - and it really is about a spicy green papaya fruit salad. F Hero was rapping in Thai to the same rhythm as mixing the ingredients for the salad with a mortar and pestle. They are pretty much saying that, much like the salad, mixing the right spices into life will make that better too. Remember to take (or buy) a towel to wave round your head for when they play this song when you see them. Seeing everybody doing that makes Su, Moa and Momoko happy - and they deserve to always be happy. 🤘🦊🤘

It's about a Thai spicy papaya salad. They called F.Hero in Thailand to contribute with song. He wrote the rap lyrics and helped with the Thai influences in music. They flew him and his wife to Japan so he could perform live. He said that he kept waiting for them to tell him go the entire time. Even when he was flying to Japan, business class. They toured Thailand this year (?) and F.Hero performed with them for Pa Pa Ya. For anyone who's interested, that's Avenger Kano dancing with them. She's from Sakura Gakuin and she's 14. She is now in @onefive a Jpop group.

I was at the Bangkok show recently and it was the only other time F. Hero showed up to perform on stage with them. For obvious reasons, it ended up being the crowd favorite and the biggest reaction. Megitsune and BxMxC were also bangers live.
Su's voice is becoming more and more ferocious with each performance of this song.

Every Pa Pa Ya performance, Su is just having the time of her life. It’s a song about a good, of course Moa will be happy. Momoko is always the bundle of energy. So, it’s a near guarantee BabyMetal will perform this during their US shows.

Hey John, another excellent reaction from you and very entertaining to watch. I was very fortunate to see BabyMetal in Melbourne In June and can honestly say that I rate them as the most fun to watch out of all the bands I’ve seen in my 52 years, and that includes Kiss, AC/DC, Prince and Queen. I never really rated Pa Pa Ya that highly in my BM catalogue as it seemed a little too pop for my taste but seeing them perform it live was more fun than I expected. The energy on stage plus the party atmosphere in the crowd made this one of the best songs of the show. My only regret was that I didn’t attend the Sydney show as well. I know you’ll have a blast at the concert and come out smiling from ear to ear.

Their are lots of great Su-metal death stares, some famous ones: At the start of: BABYMETAL - Road of Resistance - Live in Japan (OFFICIAL) Which is a song Babymetal is pretty much guaranteed to perform live. A song which is more common on the setlist again: Ijime, Dame, Zettai she used to do it pretty often. Please react to: Ijime, Dame, Zettai at Sonisphere, UK, 2014 from the official channel. I believe that had a moment or 2 as well. And then react to the first 50 or so seconds of (not the quality you want for the first reaction): Babymetal - Ijime,Dame,Zettai (Live At Loud Park) The Su-metal death stare is only short in the 0:44 second, you'll probably need to pause the video/slowdown, something like that. An other great song to react to, which has it at least at the end and maybe an other time: BABYMETAL - AKATSUKI Budokan 2014 BLACK NIGHT Sadly it's not on any recent setlist right now.

Great reaction, thanks! Yeah, you have 99.99% probabilities to get this one in concert during the US tour. 😁 Su-metal is a very expressive performer and the song just requires it being a summer festival fun song. So she delivers. And she's so damn good! Not to mention that she's enjoying this a lot because, despite not breaking her character, you can tell when she's on fire. This way of performing was one of the reasons why Koba thought that she was perfect to front a metal band.

Pa Pa Ya! is a staple of most of their live shows, and they've played it at every live show this year, so I've seen it seven times and it's always super fun. Make sure you take a towel with you to wave during Pa Pa Ya! (or buy one at the show). Every show has at least one pit going for most of the show, though it might not be as intense as this. This was filmed in Japan, and the shows there are a level of hype that overseas shows can't quite match.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う💛。Congrats! on your forthcoming BABYMETAL experience in September. In June 2019, F. Hero came all the way to Japan from Thai for the world premiere of this song and he had been very nervous to perform at a huge arena in foreign country. This is an MV of live footage coupled with studio sound. At the actual venue, Su-Metal shouted "Come on F. Hero!" to summon him. And at the end of this song she screamed "Thank you F. Hero!" then the three girls bowed deeply towards him to show their respect. That scene makes me happy. This catchy and danceable metal song have been performed in most of their shows since 2019. I have witnessed Pa Pa Ya performed live 13 times at every venue. When you attend their show, you will come to know it is very hard to keep swinging towel above your head for 4 minutes all along. It is fun. though 😄

when they performed this in Jakarta 2 months ago, everybody was jumping and throwing the towel like crazy, some people said the floor was shaking due to people jumping. mind you that the show was on ground floor and the floor was made of concrete. and the audience was actually quite small, around 1500 tickets sold. yeah, Babymetal is so awesome that they can create earthquake with their live performance.

Whilst a BabyMetal gig anywhere is awesome and you'll love it at Nashville, don't expect the Japanese show's level of production outside of Japan. No pyro, no risers, and no giant foxes, walk ways or faux stone arches, that you often see on most of their live videos.
