Hi d lab. Greetings from Portugal! Nice Chanel man. I have a cheap 15 watt tube amp. It’s making a loud 100hz noise. When I plug a a cable to return the sound turns off. Any idea what it could be ? Cheers

Not to stir the pot but.... what do you think of "Timtron"s "basic" (I.E. a few cap and resistor value changes) audio mods for the Johnson line of transmitters? They work/sound good to me. I'm NOT talking about "redoing" the whole audio circuit.... just a few value changes to get better fidelity with using a D104.

I am not familiar with the mods. Its always OK to perform light mods, just try to document what you did
