My wife loves these chorizo sausages.
They are so easy to cook with a Slow ‘N Sear.

I love Johnsonville sausages, don't think I've seen their chorizo here but I bet it's good...yours look great!

Never had those, but last weekend found Johnsonville "firecrackers". Man those things we're amazing. I maybe to try the chorizo and onion bomb.

Comfortably Roughing I’ve been hearing good things about those. I haven’t found the firecrackers yet. But when I do, I will get grill thrill on with some.

Right on Big Lew. I haven’t made sausages yet. I need to. I may be getting a Weber Kettle soon hopefully🤞🏼. Lol They look Delicious and I agree about the 5 pack. It’s done on purpose to get us to buy more. Thanks for sharing

MeatHead I think selling things in in five and ten packs instead of half dozens and dozens is pinko commie plot to institute the metric system to ‘Merica! Twelve is more easily divisible than ten. Thanks for watching!

5 sausages in a package and 6 buns in a package. Need to buy 5 buns & 6 sausages to make 'em all match. It's called MARKETING! Those did look damn good and that onion bomb is something I'm gonna have to try! 👍👍

Tom Hinerman Thanks Tom. Five is a prime number and only divisible by one and five. Six can be divided by more. If I have two people we each get three, if three people we each get two. With five, unless you have only one or as many as five people, folks are fighting over the last one. I have a family of four, if I a could buy two packs of six to make a complete dozen we would each get three a piece. We only had ten with those two packs ten is not divisible by four. Drives me crazy! 😜

Believe it or not I have never had Chorizo. I'll have to see if they have that brand near me. They look great.

THEREALSHOWBBQ if you have never had Chorizo, please allow me to give you some information. Spanish Chorizo and Mexican Chorizo are way different. The Spanish variety is more like a cross between andouille and a summer sausage. Mexican Chorizo is heavily seasoned with chili powder, cumin and other spices and herbs. The Mexican variety is loosely packed in the castings and is usually meant to be broken up and put in tacos, fajitas, even mixed with scrambled eggs. Mexican Chorizo is usually difficult to grill because it is designed to fall apart. There is a tighter packed Mexican sausage called loganiza it is flavored similarly to Chorizo but packed much tighter and denser do it can be grilled fried, or roasted in the whole link. These Johnsonville Chorizo are Actualy more like loganiza than Chorizo so the are perfect to grill. Nevertheless they are very good.

Awesome cook. I also do those onion bombs but I do it different.. I quarter an onion in 4 then I add 2 Serrano peppers split in half then I add a couple slices of butter and wrap it in foil like a ball then it goes on the hotter side of the grill till done... I usually do those onion bombs with all my bbq's...👍👍

Luis Palomo Sounds delicious Serrano’s. Sometimes I wrap them in foil especially if cooking direct. Sometimes I use jalapeños.

I love reusing charcoal too. As soon as I take the meat off, I close them vents off immediately. I hope I can find those sausages around here, they look delicious. That onion did too. Thanks for sharing😃

These don’t have plastic casings. These have natural hog casings. They are more like loganiza than loose chorizo.
