For anyone interested, the german poem reads: "Three Dragons crawl into my slumber, longing to eat the soul alive. Fiery breathed, fork tongued, they enjoy each meal." The last name "Ritter" also means "Knight", which I found interesting, considering those usually kill the Dragons + its the MCs last name.

As i watched this, i had just finished watching the movie "Clue", which stars Tim Curry. I would have NEVER guessed he voiced Gabriel.

the last time i saw him was in clue as well, but before that, i've seen him in criminal minds, playing a serial killer who attacked and tied up husbands and wifes in their bed and assaulted the wife infront of the husband. his voice in the game is very similar to the one in that episode, especially when he speaks in a very low voice

John I'd like to leave you a couple of little tips for this game. 1. press the cogwheels on the wright family tomb. 2. you'll want to go back to grandmas house. you left something behind that is very important to the story. it's located up those stairs behind where your sitting. tip 3. The people can tell you even more about themselves if you ask them more.

I actually started playing this after you kept mentioning it in the first Alone in the Dark video - a drive through the memory lane for me, we used to play it with my family when I was younger and to this day we sometimes repeat the narrator's lines. Definitely more frustrating than I remembered and I'm most definitely too dumb to play it (mostly) blind so naturally I had to dig up a guide. 😂 Happy to watch you play it, with its flaws and all!
