I JUST subscribed to Tier 1 a couple of hours ago. Had no idea there was a tier 2. I need to upgrade to tier 1. I don't want to pay both! Can you send me an invoice for the difference and get me set up with Tier 2?

Hello dear 👋 Thanks for joining the membership. Indeed, we have two tiers and tier 2 is the one unlocking the premium video content, like our courses and access to our live sessions. I believe KZbin will not double charge you if you upgrade. Also, we do not control the payment system, everything goes through KZbin, so we can't send you an invoice for the difference.
