Companies ignored loyal employees and did not bother to reward them.This is the main cause of all this.

Yes i have seen people doing less work but more show off are being appreciated and given pay raise. Although the loyal employee will targeted before increment and demotivated

I resigned the job because : 1. It started to get very stressful as my boss was clearly avoiding my contribution to the institution and devalued my work as he was very much influenced by few others' gossiping 2. Although I contributed better than many other, I got no increment I deserved nor appreciation 3. Mediocre leadership. He called a meeting every day and yell at employees he doesn't like. I resigned along with some other teachers. I was a little confused whether I had taken proper decision. But now am so clear after watching your video. Am crystal clear that I have done right. So thank you. By the way I recognized am so happy after leaving that toxic workplace. I love my job, am doing part time now. Will join somewhere soon. Thank you for this video. You made me feel better😊😊

I am in IT and work for a fintech, my ex manager was not good, She left few months back. New manager is such an awesome guy, i really love to work with him. He wont ask anything unless there is some issues. If everything is going well he wont ask anything. Without even asking he gave me promotion which was already due. I had a plan to move but now I think i will stay here for some more time. Work life balance is more important for me rather than money 😊.

This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my KZbin channel 11 months ago about self development. Now I have 2,110 subs and > 2k hours of watch time. I know it’s not comparable with others but I’m still proud I started because I’ve been learning so many lessons that I could haven’t learned without getting started in the 1st place.

Just did after 6+ months of thinking about it - sooner would have been better but feeling alive again Toxic management, toxic coworkers, poor work/life balance, projects invading my dreams / off time Great pay and benefits but at the cost of something greater... your sense of self, spirit, growth I found it's truly time to quit when over half of each day is thinking of where to go next in life - for months lol Absolutely burnout , but feeling a cleansing of the burnout with the thought of new opportunities

Hey, I read your comment and I resonate with it so much. I'm stuck at a place which is not my job of choice but I joined because I was unemployed. But the problem is I'm a fresher and it's only been 1.5 months but everyday I feel miserable at work, my employer humiliates and disrespects me over trifles although I'm good at my job. I feel my potential is getting wasted and I'm getting drained for no greater gain bcs it's not my career anyway. I want to make transition back to my career.
@SMKH-PRO2 жыл бұрын
All these reasons sounds so fimiliar but making a decision is very difficult when you're in this position, People who joined this trend are brave. Thank you for this video, it's helpful.

Let me share my experience. I was with a company and the culture wasn’t a right fit so I gave my resignation. After finding another place of employment. I was let go because there was poor management. Now I’m looking again and praying this next place is the last place I can work at and retire from. ❤

I left my last job after 5 years working for the police force as a civilian staff. There was no opportunity and I was targeted and my manager was narrow minded person. I got fed in the end and went from bad to worse. Now I was work for company and management are closely knitted with the staff. Now with new staff and old staff left due to incompetency. The management has learnt to listen to their staff. It’s a relief to be appreciated and valued. I should have left before. But needed to make a change and never looked back. Only regret is I wasted my 5 years.

Red flag number 3 it exactly what happened to me back in February of 20 20 when I left the biggest Luxury retail company in North America, after 5 years needing a chance for growth and an opportunity to develop, I just quit cuz I felt there is no way for me to go anywhere and sometimes I still ask myself if I ever made the good choice on the right one.

I’m sorry, but before you give an opinion about “micromanaging” I suggest you to read Patrick Lencioni’s ‘The Motive’ who has decades of work with leadership and management of corporate teams of workers. It would be interesting to see a ‘Short’ from you after reading his fable and see your perception on micromanagement after that book.

May be companies failed to ensure the seamless work flow and ensure employees satisfaction through recognition and make after all the critical point of satisfaction lies in connecting the right candidates with the right companies and roles (in terms of the job role they would like to work irrespective of the degree) eventually reduce employee turnout, maximise the efficiency of company by reducing the cognitive friction of the candidates, and increasing humanity resource development efficiency.

5. It just doesn't feel right! I'm a tour guide at a relatively young age, but meeting new people every day makes me mentally exhausted, I'm always thinking too much about their eyes, manners, moods, and attitudes of my customers as if I were serving them mentally, I know the problem is most likely just because I think too much, then I try to have some break, live healthier, listening to podcasts,... but the problem is still and always there, it's so stressful that I'm now afraid of meeting new people. More importantly, I try to normalize the mental problem I'm having, which makes me even more exhausted. I wonder if quitting this job to look for another one is right or cowardly.
