NOT TRUE!!!!! Fire your research staff. Several chefs have had TWO COURSES at the Great British Menu Banquet not only Spencer. OTHER CHEFS WHO HAVE COOKED TWO-COURSES AT A GBM banquet are: Mark Hix ('07); Jason Atherton ('08); Richard Bainbridge ('15) - also famous b/c he tried four-times over several years to win a course); and, Lisa Goodwin-Allen ('20). Luv the important work and ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE ROUX FAMILY!!! Cheers for uplifting GASTRONOMY, too! WISH WE HAD THE EQUIVALENT OF THEIR COUNTERPARTS HERE iN AMERICA.
